The entity providing the services described on the bess.energy website in Europe is BESS Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, pl. Powstańców Warszawy 2, postal code 00-030, KRS 0001029864.

All information and materials available in the bess.energy domain ("Domain") are free of charge and have been placed for illustrative purposes only.
